At Lithograf, we strive to get your artwork to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's what you need to know:
Shipping Times
Framed Artwork: Please allow at least 2 weeks for frame assembly and shipping. Your artwork will be carefully crafted and shipped to you with tracking information emailed upon shipping pickup.
Print-Only Orders: Print-only orders typically ship within 1 week. You'll receive a shipping tracking code by email once your order is on its way.
Shipping Weight
Approximate shipping weights and sizes will be noted during the checkout process. Feel free to contact us if you need more specific information.
Shipping Information
Tracking: You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. You can use this to track the status of your order.
Returns and Exchanges
Each framed/printed artwork is custom-made by a group of artisans who care about your satisfaction. However, because of the individualized nature of each order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
If your order is incorrect or has arrived in less-than-optimal condition, please get in touch with us within 5 days, and we will do our best to make things right. We truly appreciate your business!
